Instructions on using Dear Elder

Here is how you write to Ben on Dear Elder. He will get this message the same day if you submit it before noon.
--Click on "Dear Elder" on the left side of this page or go to DearElder.com
--Click on "Write a Missionary" in orange at the top of the page
--Fill out the postcard with your name and address in the upper left hand corner (like a return address on an envelope)
--For Ben's address:
Title: Elder
First name: Benjamin
Last name: Layton
MTC Box# 210
Mission Code NV-LVW
Estimated departure: August 23
Put in your email address where requested
Under Terms and Conditions there is a box where you can type your letter
At the bottom of the box click on "send letter" when you are ready.

In order to write Ben for free while he is in the missionary training center (MTC) see where it says "Write Me" you click on "Dear Elder" That will take you to a website where you can write to Ben. If you get it in before noon, he will receive it the same day. You will need to put in Ben's name: Elder Benjamin Rees Layton and where he is going -- Nevada Las Vegas West Mission --- we do not have his post office box number yet but it will get there without it. The day he will leave the MTC is August 23. I will post his box number as soon as he gives it to me by email sometime this week or next. Please send him mail. It's the day!

Well, its the day I go into the MTC today. I am about to hop on a plane to fly to Provo. I hear the first weekend is the hardest, so I'll have to work hard. Fortunately, I have friends in there with me. See you soon Christian Kesler.

We're goin to Vegas!!!

I have been called to serve a two year mission for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I am going to the Nevada Las Vegas West mission Spanish speaking. I am very excited, and I leave June 23rd! My parents will be blogging for me while I'm gone so that anybody that would like to keep up with what I'm doing can follow my blog.
